Returning an item to Sportscraft
Guarantee
All our goods are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and defective
materials.
Please note our guarantee does not cover misuse. In the case of cricket bats
for example it must be accepted that hard balls or mistimed shots will cause
damage to the blade. All new bats must be 'broken-in' gradually using an old
ball or a bat mallet, giving careful attention to the most vulnerable area
of the toe and edges.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied you can return any items unworn and in the condition received within 7 days for an exchange or full refund.
Please note we will only refund your postage if the items are faulty.
Damaged Goods
We must be notified of goods damaged during transit within 48 hours of
receipt, otherwise no liability can be accepted. |
